I never wanted to own my own business, but after meeting Tamica that was one challenge I was willing to take. She was there providing coaching to make me really think about my strategy. She helped me gain critical thinking skills that helped me put together a 5 year strategy that has paved the way to my success. She has a way of making me look at things from so many different perspectives which has helped me relate better to my clients. I’m a hair stylist so I don’t have the type of business that most people think of when they think of Executive Coaching, but I am a business owner and when I started thinking like one, my business went through the roof.

Once they hit school ages, I was hesitant to go back to the Corporate world due to the hours away.
